Information Winrate handles

Winrate records a randomly generated browser identifier to maintain an aggregate visitor counter. If you post a game comment, the display name, comment text, game identifier, time, and a randomly generated comment identifier are stored so the community feature can work. Do not post personal or sensitive information.
